My cooking triumphs
when The Bishop came to the rectory my Lasagna went over big time,,,,,,
My cooking tragedies
a tray of egg plant parm in a glass pyrex taken straight from the oven and put was being carried to the dining, went SPLAT AND EXPLODED TO THE FLOOR.... talk about 2 fast lbs of speggetti and jar sauce as a replacement - boo hoo good thing i made a knock out salad with garlic cheese ital brd. and another time i made chicken caccciatore for entire family during holidays and due to rushing around... the pot of it fell to the floor. had to purchase a tray of it from a restaurant and the family DIDNT BELIEVE i DIDNT PICK IT UP FROM THE FLOOR AND PUT BACK IN POT AND DRIVE IT OVER THE THE FAM... TO THIS DAY THEY CALL IT "CHICKEN CATCH A FLOORY"....instead of chicken cacciatore. hahah tee hee
