Slow Cook Thai Chicken
My family loved this! I'll definitely be making it again. I added only 1/2 cup PB, instead of 1 cup. Very tasty!

Rhubarb Sour Cream Pie
This recipe was YUMMY! I so enjoy a good rhubarb pie and this one took the cake! I will definitely be making this pie again.

Pumpkin Pancakes
I'm not usually a big fan of pancakes, but these were delicious! My kids LOVED them! I served them with homemade Cinnamon Cream Syrup (recipe is on this website) and I think it was the perfect combination!
