Crispy Potato Wedges
Using this basic recipe I've now made potato/fries three different ways, and they've been gobbled up! Hubby's not pulled out the deep fryer, which makes me pretty happy!!!

Sweeper Steak
We had this the other night with crispy potato wedges and veggies, and EVERYONE enjoyed. For all three of my kids to devour it with no complaints is a pretty big deal. Simple, and good.
