Gave this 4 stars because it was very moist. The flavor however was not as good as a roasted turkey breast. I sent my husband to the store to buy the turkey breast and he said that they only had bone in 3-3.5 lb turkey breasts so he bought two of them.
Well, since I had two 3 lb turkey breasts I decided to do a taste test. I used this recipe for one at 1 hour on high then 1.5 hours on low. The other I baked with salt, pepper, garlic, and poultry seasoning. The one that I baked was far more flavorful but a little on the dry side. The one that I used for the recipe here was very moist but the onion soup was not something that we liked on the turkey.
If I make this again I will do something other than the onion soup.
