I love to bake and have been trying many new muffin recipes for our play group.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I always make the Italian cookie Pizelles for Christmas and Thanksgiving. It is a tradition that I have carried on from my grandmother. When growing up she started my love for baking and let us kids help with the process. She is now 92 and loves when I make Pizelles!
My cooking triumphs
Roasting a perfect whole chicken. I am always scared about checking the temp and level of doneness. I recently made a perfect chicken that hubby loved.
My cooking tragedies
Cutting into a raw piece of chicken is always a bad thing. :(
