I live in Los Angeles, CA. I love to cook and bake, but I hate cleaning up! Cakes, cookies, pies, thai food, chicken dishes, I'll try anything once except the stuff on "Good Eats" because, although I'm a fan, Alton Brown makes everything too difficult and gives me a headache. I did make his "Mac & Cheese" though and that is definitely an A+ recipe :) My family always ate this dish that consisted solely of: elbow macaroni, chopped sauteed onions, tons of butter and cottage cheese. I tried making it for my boyfriend a couple years ago and he was horrified by the taste... but I was horrified that he didn't like it!
