Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce
This was good. Not great, but good. I read a few reviews about it being blan. I noticed that Salt and Pepper are never mentioned in the recipe. I salt and peppered the shallots and mushrooms as well as the pork tenderloins after putting the mustard on. Added a little more to the sauce. The sauce was delish.
