I travel with my husband on his construction jobs since we married in Feb 2008. We travel in a 30 ft camper and I'm now seeing parts of the US that I have never seen before!! Hopefully, over the next few years, I'll get to visit most of the USA!! And.....learn to cook with the recipes on this site..... Anything easy !! I have always been an "on the run" cook, due to being a full time working single mother. I'm really just learning how to cook more elaborate meals. I have always enjoyed creating casseroles and my daughter loves my homemade potato soup. She swears mine is better than any restaurant that she has sampled so far. Of course, she could be biased..... Good down-home Southern meals Great with finger foods and desserts. most of my cooking attempts have been tragedies !!!
