Delicious - reminiscent of a dish you might expect from a Chinese restaurant (think General Tso's chicken). I followed previous viewer's advice and lightly coated my chicken in flour/salt/pepper, then browned in a little oil on all sides in a saucepan. After draining chicken (from any excess oil), I threw it back in saucepan and added the premixed sauce ingredients (again taking other reviewer's advice and cutting ginger and hot sauce to 1/2 suggested measurement). The sauce thickened up nicely (because I doubled the suggested measurements, it wasn't really sticky) and was really delicious. Will definitely make this easy, quick and wonderful dish! Thanks!
