Pesto Polenta Lasagna
Although I am a vegetarian, I had never had polenta prior to making this recipe. I was leary when the polenta resembled Play Doh, but it was absolutely delicious! My husband also enjoyed is very this recipe much.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
Wow! This was the first time my husband and I have cooked shrimp at home and it was fabulous! We didn't have skewers and I added more cayenne than the recipe called for and it was still great. Yum!

Asparagus with Parmesan Crust
My husband and I loved this recipe! I didn't add the cheese until I was just about done cooking the asparagus though.
