I have 2 beautiful children, 1 and 3. I work from home and get to be with my kids all day. I have a Husband who I am totally in love with and who is the best Daddy. Moved from HB to the desert but want to move back ASAP. I love cooking and ever since we got our house with a big kitchen I have made dinner almost every night.

Anything that tastes good. I love baking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Corned Beef on St Patty's Day, Turkey for Thanksgiving, Ham for Easter...big Italian meals.
My cooking triumphs
I have done the Thanksgiving Turkey for about 6 years and it always comes out wonderful! I also made a Blues Clues Cake that was out of this world for my Son's 1st birthday, very proud of that!
My cooking tragedies
Hot Dog Pie...I got the recipe from a magazine and lets just say anytime we have any guests for dinner or talk about me cooking the Hot Dog Pie comes up. It was so nasty.
