Shortbread Cookies II
Followed the recipe ALMOST exactly--I used almond oil instead of vanilla. Way better than store bought We will be making these again. Super easy, super cheap, and super delicious.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf
PERFECT base recipe. The texture and moisture are perfect. I add more herbs and spices to mine. I can see where some would think this recipe is bland, but you can always add more seasoning.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
It was good, but I think I may have cooked it too long. My oven settings seem to be off quite a bit (an old stove). I made two mexican pizzas; I added fresh cilantro and fresh garlic to one, and the other I added taco spices. My kids loved them and my oldest daughter said that every pizza place should make this exact pizza.
