Excellent soup! The best that I have found outside a restaurant in my college town (and it went out of business!). Not being excited about the chopping of potatoes, I threw the celery, ham, onions, and water in a pot and let it go for about 7 minutes. Then I threw in 3 1/2 c western style hashbrowns (still frozen). Came out fantasic and what a time saver step!! Can't wait to play with other variations!

Kettle Corn

FANTASTIC! I had been craving kettle corn for a long while now and thought that it would be too hard to make. I settled for the microwave version and just wasn't happy. So I came to my favorite place, all recipes, and looked up kettle corn. I read the recipe and thought "I can do *this*!" It was so easy and I ended up eating 2/3 of the batch myself! Can't wait to make this through out the fall season (whose kidding... year round)!

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Really pretty good. A bit salty with the french onion soup. MUCH better with several generous dashes of worstershire sauce. Thickened the sauce with a little bit of cornstarch.

Cool Whip Cookies

They were good, but a pain in the butt. I just don't think I like dealing with cookie dough that sticky.

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

Love this! So fast and so good! I do add another can of peaches, drained, so we have lots of fruit and I use the kind in juice or lite syrup. I have had no trouble with "dust" on top. It's come out with a crisp topping every time!

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

Fabulous! I usually hate making lasagna, but this was a breeze. The second time around I used a vodka sauce and added sweet italian sausage. It made 10 roll ups this way and it was equally as tasty!

Fresh Rhubarb Bread Pudding

This was a fantastic recipe... and the best part is that it is impossible to screw up! And trust me I tried! I'd made the recipe twice before and thought surely I had it by memory... but added the milk to the eggs and sugar and poured that, cold, over the bread cubes. I let it sit the requisite 15 minutes and then added the rhubarb and butter... it still turned out fabulous! It was even better the next day as breakfast.
