Creole Cornbread Stuffing
Loved it!! (My 4 and 6 yr old didn't so much but the adults raved)I followed some advice on here and cut down the spices: 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper and eliminated the chile peppers and tobasco. I also managed to have only sweetened condensed milk rather than evaporated so I used heavy whipping cream instead which worked fine. Also rather than making the cornbread I just made it from two boxes of cornbread muffin mix and followed the recipe on the box adding a can of cream of corn. I made everything the night before and finished cooking it in a crock pot the next day. It was very moist and we like our stuffing a little drier so I threw it in the microwave for 8-10 minutes uncovered right before serving to dry it up a little and it was fabulous and not too spicy at all! Thanks for the recipe!

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey
Thank you for the awesome turkey recipe!! I normally make a ham as the fam love ham:) But decided to be traditional this year. It was so juicy!! The cooking time was longer for me, it actually took 5 hrs for a 13 lb bird {could be my oven)but not a dry piece of meat and the flavor was awesome!! I don't even really care for turkey all that much and I can't stop eating the leftovers!! I just had a cold turkey wrap with home made dill dip, lettuce and cheese! (I'm in love with home made dill dip and dip everything in it from veggies to ham!) Thank you so much for sharing your recipe, it made our thanksgiving dinner great!

Never Fail Pie Crust II
My sister, who hates cooking, helped me with thanksgiving dinner and I had her make the pumpkin pies with this crust recipe and it turned out perfect. This is her first "baking from scratch" experience. If she can make it with out failing, anyone can!!!
