I made this last night for a picnic dinner. It was very moist and tasty. Something that should be noted was that the puff pastry had to thaw for 40 minutes, so that threw off my timing, but it worked out okay. I used turkey bacon and skim milk to cut back on fat.

I followed advice below and stir-fried the meat separately, and I added a bag of frozen stir-fry veggies to make the recipe go farther. My husband raved over it! I love the sauce.

Oven Potato Wedges

This was so easy, and so yummy! I added a little italian seasoning and dill but it was the first time oven fried potatoes have turned out for me. I cooked them on a baking stone, too, and I think that helped.
