Chicken & Pasta! My Italian roots come out in my cooking - lots of garlic!! When I was little, my Grandma used to make dozens of different types of cookies and fill the kitchen up with them...yum! I have the best recipes for truffles and lemon shortbread bars!! Ooo.... I made an awful cheese sauce once.... for cauliflower and broccoli... it was completely AWFUL!!! I had just winged it thinking it would be super easy. The person I made it for ate it out of pity I think haha because I definitely didn't force it!!
