Naan
This is a fabulous recipe. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I did, however, make a couple of changes. I used 1 tablespoon of honey to proof the yeast, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and substituted 1 cup of flour for whole wheat flour. I also used regular unbleached flour instead of bread flour. Using an electric skillet it still turned out great. Many thanks to mic and family!
