Chinese Pork Ribs
This is so easy to fix and taste wonderful. I serve it with a brown rice.

Barlow's Blackened Catfish
I found this recipe a bit too hot and spicy. I did use only half of the cayanne that it called for. It was flavorful, but next time, I believe that I will use the spices sparingly. I served it on a bed of white rice to tone it down some.
