Crispy Orange Beef
Only change I would do is reduce the ginger as it was too strong for me but the family loved it.Will leave the beef in the cornstarch longer.Thanks

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Did this on the grill and it was a good quick meal and very tasty. Doubled the recipe and marinated for 1 and a half hours. The chops were succulent and juicy.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
Delicious! Boiled the bacon for 5 min prior to wrapping around the chicken.Did the veges separately on a skewer.
