Broiled Lemon and Garlic Tiger Prawns
prepared this tonight for dinner! excellent! i used 1.18 lbs of deveined prawns. next time i will use roasted garlic instead, and maybe a pinch of cumin and rosemary in the butter.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
followed to the tee, used earth balnance. DEFINETLY USE TSP to make the cookies. i did half with tblspn becaseu i like big cookies, and they crumbled a bit on removal. this cookie tastes just like a brownie, delicous!

Pizza Dough I
it's a very simple basic dough. i used the recipe exactly as directed for the first time and it was delicious. i used a cookie sheet instead of a pizza pan. i'm looking forward to playing with spices and garlic.
