I found this mix very greasy when I first started working with it (it might have been the chocolate i worked with) - to the point of having to squeeze it out and blot it with paper towel. After I did that - it was soooo easy to work with. I will never use gumpaste again!

Amish White Bread

Easy to make and beautiful when finished. I too cut back on the sugar for regular loaves but I also used it to make cinnamon buns - as is - and they were amazing!

Bouillabaisse

Amazingly awesome flavour. My husband never had it before and was a little leary but now it is one of his favourites. Recipe is easy to manipulate depending on your taste.

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Chocolate Ganache

Nice and easy and oh so good! All my friends ask for ganache in every cake I make. Also a great recipe for truffles - just let set, roll into balls and dust with cocoa. mmmmm

Five Flavor Pound Cake II

This is the best pound cake I've ever made and eaten - Oh so moist and delicious. The flavourings can easily be substituted for what you or prefer without affecting the quality. I used this recipe for a wedding cake and everyone raved about it. Awesome!
