Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
SOOOO good! I don't own a food processor, so I diced everything up really well, and they didn't fall apart at all! Only thing is next time I'll add a bit more chili sauce because they weren't quite as spicy as I'd hoped.

Curried Cauliflower
VERY good! First time, followed the recipe exactly, second time I used cream of celery soup instead of cream of chicken; it tasted a bit too chicken-y for me. Also, I used Wheatables because that was all I had and it turned out great!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup
i left it pretty chunky and i added corn after i blended it, also shredded cheese on top. yum!
