Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
Tasty recipe. I sauteed minced garlic in olive oil, then added the cubed chicken, seasoned with seasoning salt. When the chicken was cooked, I saved the juices and replaced some of the water with it. I added sour cream and cream chease, also onion/garlic powder. My only complaint would be that it was a little too salty -- I might cut back on the bouillon.

Chicken and Cheese Crescents
I made the following changes: Cut the amount in half (but kept the original amount of cheese). I used 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded. I cooked this with 1/2 the cheese and added 4 ounces of cream cheese. I wrapped this in the crescents and baked (no sauce). I mixed up the soup, milk, the rest of the cheese, and 4 more ounces of cream cheese, and cooked in a sauce pan until smooth. so good.

Sauteed Apples
This was really good -- i made it to got in my oatmeal, and i wish i'd just skipped the oatmeal and gone with the apples straight. One thing: make sure you cut the apples thin enough, mine were thicker than 1/4 inch and took a lot longer to get tender.
