Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers
This was delicious :*) ..cooked the chicken in a little olive oil first, then the broth when adding veggies. Also used sun-dried tomatoes, shredded parm/regg and lottts more garlic...cant wait to make it again :*)
