Sorta Salisbury Steak
This recipe was awesome, my family really enjoyed it! I followed it just as stated, with the exception of seasoning the meat with salt, pepper & garlic powder before coating it in flour. Thanks for a great recipe for cubed steaks, we'll be making this again!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Winner, winner, chicken soup dinner! Made this as directed, except I also added carrots, celery and onions, 1/2 C. of each. The whole family (even my annoyingly finnicky 3 year old) ate this up! I served it with biscuits. Definite keeper!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
A definite keeper! Everyone in my family loved it. I used 2 lbs of frozen chicken breast, combined that with 2 cans of Cream of mushroom soup (that's all I had in the pantry), 1/4 C of White cooking wine, 1/4 C of chicken broth, and the packet of italian seasoning. Let it cook in the crockpot for 6hrs and then added the block of cream cheese and 1/3 C of sour cream. Let it cook for another 30 min. The only thing I would change would be to cut back on the italian seasoning, maybe reduce it to 3/4 of the packet. The family still loved it as is, but I would cut back next time. I served this over pasta with homemade biscuits. The sauce is sooo good with biscuits! Thanks for the great recipe!
