Refried Beans Without the Refry

FANTASTIC! As a vegetarian i am so happy i can stop purchasing cans of refried beans. the only thing i did different was add three bay leaves. delicious!

Fajita Marinade I

Great and Flavorful. I marinated veggies, onions, peepers, zucchini.. for about three hours, then i grilled them. were the best tasting veggies i have made in a while.

Fantastic. I served this at my Memorial Day BBQ and it was a hit. I added some shredded carrots(three)and mandarin oranges. I did not have any Romen so I substituted half a bullion chicken flavor cube and added some sesame flavored cracker toppings. Would make this again.
