Excellent, easy recipe! I left off the kidney beans and used stewed tomatoes rather than diced tomatoes, but everything turned out wonderfully! I will definitely be making this again.

I made this over Memorial Day weekend. I made sandwiches with the bbq chicken and served with potato salad and baked beans. My family loved it! It was so easy to cook in the slow cooker too...I just set it and forgot it. The bbq sauce mix added a great flavor to the chicken with just enough balance of sweet and tangy. This one is definitely a keeper!
