Maryann's Upside Down Rhubarb Cake
I took other suggestions and doubles the rhubarb, upped the sugar to 2 cups ( could make this less) and added more cream. I also used lemon cake mix, and upped cook time 15 min. This made it tangy and we thought better than original cake, thanks for this easy recipe!

Mexican-Style Pork Chops
I made this with brown basmati rice, partially cooking before adding. It was easy, quick and tasty. A good way to do pork chops if you don't like them dry.

Crispy Baked Basa
My family loved this (even the one who hates fish went back for seconds) I didn't spray with olive oil, and that may be why it was a little soggy, but the second time I made it I left the lemons off and used them as a garnish. I also used sesame melba toast which made it delisious. This is on it's way to being a family favorite.
