Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
OMG Becky this is a great recipe! Canged it up a little bit, used a garlic jack that i had instead of cheddar and parm in place of the romano. added a little extra lemon juice and probably double the garlic. This dish has wonderful flavor and everyone i made it for nearly lick their plates! One thing i am going to try next time is dipping the chicken in the garlic butter insead of milk befor the crumbs and pouring the rest in the dish with the chicken to see if the breading will stay crunchier. This is definatly a new favorite. Oh yeah i had to bake about 10 more min, becouse the breasts i used were really thick. Thanks for the delish dish!
