Zucchini Bread IV
I actually substituted the zucchini for broccoli stalk (shredded). It tastes great, and I didn't have to throw away all of the stalk I had left over from dinner! I added the crumb top that was suggested and it was a wonderful addition.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II
These are certainly soft and chocolaty but even after adding 1/2 tsp of salt I still felt that there was some flavor missing. I think if I try them again I'll add almost a full tsp of salt.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
I made these without the glaze and they are wonderfully tasty that way as well. Everyone who has tried them has been asking me for the recipe! I also tend to add a couple of dashes more of each of the spices to give it a little more 'kick'.
