Shrimp Scampi II
Wonderful sauce. Used frozen shrimp so modify for that. Was going to have zucchini as a veggie - decided to simmer in the sauce before adding shrimp and was delicious!

Indian Turkey Burgers With Lime, Cucumbers & Chutney
Very good. Flavors were great together. Only 4 because I did not have chutney available.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
Easy and delicious. Enjoyed the seasonings of the chicken and the sauce was a perfect compliment.
