My cooking tragedies
got a little too smokey cooking bacon in my old apartment and the smoke detector went off. Couldn't reach the dumb thing so grabbed a broom, knocking it off the ceiling and broke it. I also foolishly left a mercury meat thermometer in a chicken while baking.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
Just made this for a church potluck today and didn't bring home any leftovers. People loved it! I used ore ida country inn creations, hashbrowns with peppers and onions. Delicious! Thanks for the great recipe! Will be making this again for sure.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
Had to try it considering all the great reviews. It is delicious. I used 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, everything else the same. Yum
