Japanese Chicken Wings
I seasoned 4lbs of wings with seasoning salt, pepper and garlic powder then coated with flour omitting the egg. Oven roasted 25 mins @ 400F flipping half way. Doubled the sauce but halved the sugar then tranfered the wings to a 9x13 baking dish. Baked for 45 mins @ 350F turning frequently. Very good!
