Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! I'm Japanese and my husband is American...He likes Japanese foods but he loves steak as well. I've tried to cook good steak so many times but he never liked it... Today I just followed this recipe and cook this for supper and you know what...my husband loved it!!! I can't believe it.
