Pineapple Angel Food Cake II
love it! so easy. I made w/o vanilla and by mistake used 16oz crushed pinapple and it stll rocked.

Cucumber, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad
Loved this salad. Used as a side dish with grilled chicken. Best part, zero fat!

Grilled Spicy Lamb Burgers
If you want something different than a beef burger, these are great. If you think it's going to taste like beef, it doesn't at all and you will be disapointed.
