Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

VERY bland. I had to spice it up and also add lots of garnish (sour cream, cheese, salsa, etc).

Wonderful Yogurt Cake

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
I followed another reviewer's suggestions and used all white sugar rather than brown. I baked muffins rather than a cake, and added a bit of raspberry jelly in between two scoops of the batter to create a fruit layer in the muffin. Unfortunately, the fruit sank to the bottom, but provided a sweet suprise in every bite! I would make it again, but am not in a hurry.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
This was so easy! I like that it didn't use yeast and I had all the ingredients on hand, and it came together quick. I added a Tbsp. of olive oil, a Tbsp. baking powder and probably another 3/4 flour to get it to the right consistency. Try to get it rolled out as thin as you can, because after it is baked it puffs up quite a bit. I pre-baked it for 7 minutes before I put the sauce and toppings on, and then baked it for another 20 minutes. Deeeelish!

Almond Chicken Salad

This was GREAT! I can't wait to make it again! I followed other reviewer's suggestions - only 1 Tbsp. of sugar as the teriyaki sauce is sweet. I added a chopped garlic clove to the sauce, and added some steamed green beans to the salad as well.

This is a really easy recipe that my boyfriend goes crazy for! I've made it twice - marinating it over night both times - and even adding a dash of Chinese Five Spice powder for a little kick! YUM!

Lighter Banana Muffins

Really yummy! Mine were a tad bit on the dry side, so next time I'll be sure to add another banana to the batter, and probably some walnuts. A great, healthy recipe!
