My favorite part of cooking is sharing what I make with family and friends! I love making italian food of any kind, and am working on perfecting my lasagna recipe. Making enchilada sauce from scratch with my step-dad, latkes with my grandparents, and drinking mimosas on new years mornings with my mom. Creating original recipes! It's always so fulfilling when I make up something and it gets rave reviews (although my boyfriend is a little biased...!) COOKIES! I don't know if it's that I'm too impatient when I'm measuring ingredients or that I bake them too long or not long enough, but they are just never good!
