Pennsylvania Coal Region Barbecue
I thought that this was going to be great based on the reviews, even though I was skeptical. And I should have known better. This recipe is sickly sweet. Not for me.

Apricot Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar
I think this is a love it or hate it recipe. I wasn't so sure, but my husband liked it.

Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions
My husband likes this recipe so much that he will buy a roast chicken at the grocery store just so that there are leftovers to use up, meaning that he wants this risotto. Sometimes I add mushrooms too. mmmmm
