Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles
I love this recipe. I've made this at least 4 or 5 times this summer. As others have said I cut the sugar way back to 1 or 2 Tablespoons. I gave this recipe to my mom and forgot to tell her to cut the sugar back and they came out to sweet.

Roasted Tomato Salsa I
This is a great Salsa recipe. Roasting or grilling the veges is key to this recipe. I used a serano pepper because its what I had on hand. Next time I'll cut the cumin down a little and add another pepper to kick up the heat a bit.
