Cincinnati Chili I
We love this chili! It really does taste like Skyline! I add in a little cayenne.

Easy Vodka Sauce
Great! We use Pinot Grigio and let the whole pot simmer and extra 20-30 mins while the pasta water boils and the pasta cooks.
