Baba Ghanoush
This recipe is great! The only thing that took the last star and that I will adjust next time was that I found it slightly to acidic (too much lemon). So, next time I will probably only do 1/8 cup lemon juice instead of 1/4 (which equals out to about the juice of one lemon). Thanks for the great recipe! Oh...and I also followed a youtube.com instructional video by chef Kamal on how to smoke the eggplant for the baba ghanoush It was really easy and gave the dip that awesome smokey flavor!
