Zippy Chicken Corn Chowder
This chowder was super easy and SO YUMMY!!! The only thing I did different was to use smoked paprika (because it was all I had in my spice cabinet) and I think it actually made it better with the nice smokiness.

Home-Style Country Sausage
Wow! Best turkey sausage recipe yet! Nice and spicy. Didn't even taste like turkey. Only substitution I made was that I used grated pear because I didn't have apple. Very yummy!
