Pumpkin Chiffon Pie IV
Nice. Try it with the same amount of sweet potato or yams and enter heaven. More sugar from the yams - but not that much.

This almost the one, except you don't add tomato until find out if you need it in the recipe. We've solved this by making one of each. It can be placed in small containes, labelled and frozen until ready for use

Black Beans
tasted almost like my aunt china's cuban black beans ( morros ). almost. would have benefitted from some tomato sauce and recao ( cilantro ) to really warm the cuban soul. still, it wasn't that bad at all.
