Sweeper Steak
I used at least 3-4 lbs. of steak, can't remember what cut, cut into small cubes, a large onion, one green pepper, several cloves of garlic and at least a lb. of fresh sliced mushrooms. After reading some of the other reviews, I added a little worcestershire sauce too. I had the time so I made this on top of the stove in my cast iron french oven...just let it go for a couple of hours. It came out very tender and the time gave all the flavors a chance to meld. Everyone approved and all the leftovers were consumed within 24 hours! I will be making this again. Thanks!

Cinnamon Griddle Cakes
I didn't have corn syrup but made all the rest as written. Very tasty! Instead of frosting, my sons wanted theirs with Cool Whip. They requested that these be made again! I put butter and maple syrup on mine...mmmmm good! Thanks for a great recipe!
