Broccoli with Poppy Seed Butter and Parmesan Cheese
This is really good. I use a little less butter and good quality cheese (used with a cheaper parmesan and it tasted weird) and it's great.

Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
I make these every so often to ensure I don't get tired of them and they're awesome. I don't use the mustard because I've never liked it, and I think they turn out really well without it. My only advice would be not to over-marinade the scallops; 20 minutes would be fine. Otherwise they have a strange texture. Thank you for your recipe!

Muenster-Bacon Stuffed Chicken Breast
My boyfriend and I absolutely love this. We make it all the time. The only thing we don't do is top with cheese, and we use whatever cheese we want to stuff (He likes havarti, I like swiss) and it turns out great. Thank you very much for one of our favourite meals!
