Well i was in nursing for twenty plus years, got ill had to retire. I raised two daughters on my own.So when i am feeling well enough i like to get out side and work with my flowers,or go fishing its so rewarding when you can go fishing and catch yourself a nice pretty flounder go home and clean it then cook it just the way you like it. I like to cook just about anything and i will try anything once,i love to cook quiche of any kind.I love to cook all kinds of desserts.
