Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Yummy! I gave it 4 stars only because no dumplings are as good as Grandma's! But this was a very simple, comforting meal for my family. I made a few mods...per others ideas: I used 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken....I used 2 soup cans of water and added about 1/2 the packet of Lipton Savory Herb and Garlic Mix. I also rolled out the biscuits and cut them in slices instead of pinching them off, I personally liked this better and I have had them both ways. Finally, I added my dumplings 90 min. before eating and they were cooked perfectly!
