I love this salad! It needs no changes just fine as is. It makes some of the best chicken salad sandwiches I have ever had. Whenever I make this up it is usually all gone in 2 days and their is only 2 of us. Thankyou for a great recipe!

Shrimp and Crab Bisque

Excellent recipe. I followed the recipe as is except for I didn't have any fresh crab meat so I used canned and it still came out awesome. I made it in a bread bowl and it was a big hit. Thankyou for this one--it's a keeper!

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

I made these subbing it with a 1/2 Cup Splenda instead of sugar and they came out very well. The mix was a little thicker but after they baked they turned out fine. Just a little dry. Nice and easy!

Spaghetti Squash I

I don't care for squash but this was so good I think if there was more recipes like it around I might be a squash eater. I only had a red onion and instead of fresh basil i had feta crumbles with basil and tomatoe. Turned out fine. I made it with chicken though I think it would go better with a steak.

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham

Very nice! I really liked the flavor of the finished product. There is only 2 of us so I used some of the left over to make egg, potatoe and ham breakfast burritos and it even tasted awesome like that. I will be using this ham recipe for now on.

Big Ed's Cajun Shrimp Soup

I've never made gumbo before but I used this recipe and added chicken, sausage, celery and okra and "Bam!" I went ahead and cooked the rice first and I only had a couple of cups of tomatoe juice so I made up the rest of the liquid with chicken broth and I dropped in a couple of veg. boullion cubes. You rock Ed!

Awesome Egg Rolls

A big hit. The last time I made egg rolls it was so messy and complicated I didn't want to do it again. This recipe is awesome! I added a little more shrimp and instead of chopping a lot of cabbage and carrots I used a bag of the coleslaw mix minus the dressing in place.

German Beef Rouladen

I made this recipe with the suggestion of the dijoin mustard instead of regular yellow mustard and everyone loved it. I couldn't find thin cubed steaks so I talked to the meat department at albertson's and they did it for me. I served it with some garlicy, olive oil noodles with parsley, french bread and brussel sprots and it went very well.
