Mini Cheesecakes I
Very good looking, very good tasting! Made these and brought them to work, everyone loved them!! I topped some with cherries, some with blueberries, and some with almond paste decorated with slivers of almond. I was dubious about the crust, but it held together well. Great!

Clone of a Cinnabon
People told me "This is the best thing I've ever had!" and also "Better than my Mom's!" Will definately be making again, absolutely tasty!

Pie Crust III
Very easy and quick to make. A bit too oily for my tastes. Next time I will try and cut back on the oil a little and see how it goes. I ended up adding more than 1t of sugar since it was for a sweet type pie. Has a nice texture, will modify oil next time.
