This recipe is so easy and so delicious - reminds me of a taco salad without lettuce. I too used taco seasoning and sour cream. I did keep the corn and added a can of kidney beans. The chips we used were the doritos spicy nacho. It was so good, moist, very flavorful and easy. This one is a keeper. Thanks for the idea!

This was so delicious!! I cooked it in my slow cooker and just added 1 can of bisquits because I used "grand bisquits" and used 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soups. Out of this world - my husband went nuts over it and it was so flavorful! Thanks!

I fixed this for my husband and me last night....it was out of this world!! Fork tender. I had w/mashed potatoes, corn, and sour dough bread. My husband could not believe how delicious and moist it was. We'll definitely have this again!
