My favorite things to cook
I love to bake pies, cakes, brownies, cookies, and especially carrot cake. One of my favorites! I cook pasta as well as chicken.
My cooking tragedies
Once I was trying to make a lemon pie, and it turned out to be "lemon pudding pie".

Peach Cobbler III
Very easy recipe. I doubled the ingredients (i was making 2) and everything turned out great. Thanks! Will use recipe again.

Linguine Pescadoro
This recipe was really nice. I loved it. It was just a tiny bit bland, but other than that, the taste was perfect. I saved some as well, so I just heated it up to eat it again. Wonderful recipe! I didn't substitute anything..

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
A really nice soup! It wasn't too salty, or too "sweet". My family and I thought it was great. Will definitely make again! Also, I recommend adding a little more broth to it, though.
